En mi país también tenemos empanadas. Los llamamos "Turcos". Basados en historias contadas por algunos aldeanos, los turcos llegaron a nuestra tierra y trajeron su versión de empanadas. Se rellenan con carne seca y se endulzan un poco. La masa de nuestros turcos está frita, pero en general tienen el mismo concepto de empanada.
