If the tilt of the axis changed, timezones and the seasons would be at different times in different places. the might also be longer or more intense. but the intensity and duration of these seasopns would greately vary depending on the change.  

Explanation:

The tilt in the earl's axis is the reason we have seasons.  Certain times of the year our earth is actually closer. this is compunded byu the fact that our orbit around the sun isn't a circle.  Its more of an oval.  so even without the tilt we are just closer that time of the year.
