Hi It would be soo nice if yall could help me. Thanks. XD 100points.

use the information to determine how many Calories he/she needs to consume each day. Then you will create a Daily Food Plan to meet these needs.

The Individual

Meet Max. He’s an 8th grader at a virtual academy about to turn 14 and can’t seem to manage when or what to eat. He skips meals due to his hectic schedule and tends to just snack on whatever is around. His typical day includes waking up, progressing on school work, practicing piano, and cleaning up around the house. This is all before Noon. In the afternoon, he goes on a run with his dog, finishes his school work, and heads to a Jiu Jitsu class. After class is over, he heads home, plays video games for a while, gets ready for bed and heads to sleep. Max would like some help trying to figure out what his food plan should be. He’s tired of just snacking on chips and cookies throughout the day and he wants something to help him with his performance in Jiu Jitsu, along with keeping him awake and alert throughout the day. Max weighed himself over the past few weeks and can weigh anywhere between 107 and 119lbs. He’s 5’1” and considers himself fairly active.

Answer:

it is very important Max eats. with that busy schedule, he needs nutrition.

he should clean up around the house at the end of the day, leaving him time at noon for lunch. he should also eat during/before his video games.

Max should have at least 2,800 calories a day.

Explanation:

He needs to eat more food, and the food he does consume needs to be healthier. In the time he has to do things like video games, he should eat a healthy meal as well. He seems very active and so he needs proteins
