1. Breakfast. People state this is the most important meal of the day, without reason. This is actually because the meal gives you energy for the rest of the day. Without it, it would be hard to concentrate, and most likely make you feel pain in your stomach area.
2. Good for you and your body. It gives you energy and makes you happy your stomach is full. It also keeps you alive.
3. Grains, Proteins of all types, Dairy, and Junk Food. I'm not the best example, but when I get older I will attempt to eat healthier. You should too if you're not already! Having fibers in your body keeps you from getting constipated, and makes you feel good, as you are healthy!
4. You are healthy. I've explained in answer 3 what you get for eating healthy!
5. Terrible. But, I will try to fix it as life goes on, and I encourage you to try healthy diets as well! It will make you feel a lot better!
