My ways of solving this is to establish a backround check for all businessmen and Politicians, every one of them should be checked and monitored every week, to ensure that none of them may get away red-handed especially on spending. Secondly I would heavily increase salaries for politicians, bureaucrats and policemen and remove the pork barrel system, enough to increase funds for projects and for their own, so they won’t want a need of getting corrupt.
