“hey Bella what’s up” I looked up to see Marcus he didn’t really talk to anyone I think it’s because if they knew how smart he was he would go work in the capital I was average or I tried to be Marcus always said I was special I just didn’t know it yet I think he just wanted to make me feel better about my status. Your status determines where you stand in the society you have the lowers they normally get put at jobs no-one want you have the normals like me who are not really special but we help keep the balance of the society and you have the higher ups they are the one who control the society they make sure everyone follows the rules we are given I would give anything to be a higher up Marcus always tells me to keep my head down and be grateful I’m normal I don’t know what he means by that the higher up live in big houses in the capital and have the best jobs and make the most money who wouldn’t want that.
