I'm 17 and wanna learn the piano is it too late, also if it's not how would I learn when I can't get a piano or keyboard because we can't afford it and my family doesn't support me?

I play piano, and I honestly think that if you can consistently practice and get a good foundation, you can become a decently good player. If you have a music room or music department in your school, you can ask to borrow their piano and go their in your free time. Or, you can ask your family again or come up with the money itself.
