Art encourages out-of-the-box thinking, and this is vital in everyday life for adults! For example, if you need a job, you'll apply, but if your application isn't special or different fro any of the other generic applicants, you most likely won't get the job. If your application blows the employer out of the water, you are significantly more likely to get the job. This is all apart of creative thinking that can come from art and music in schools. Music and art both need to be incorporated in schools to teach fundamental concepts that keep students unique and creative!
