If Earth’s axis was tilted like that of Uranus, the days and the seasons would be very different. On Earth only the poles have perpetual darkness during winter and perpetual daylight during summer. With an axial tilt like Uranus, the Equator and the Arctic / Antarctic circles are almost at the same latitude. With the axis of Earth tilted 90 degrees, the Sun would stay almost directly overhead for months at a time at the polar regions, there would be hardly any change between a day and a night. Basically you have a time period lasting months which is equivalent to the midday of current equatorial regions.
