Please Help, I need Recipes!!!

A grocery shopper who works for Instacart (a platform where people get paid to shop for other people that need groceries) gets paid $3.50 for every mile and gets paid $2.00 for each item needed at the grocery. If Jessica an Instacart shopper needs to get 25 items and the trip to get to the grocery store is 10 miles away and the trip to the person ordering is 15 miles away how much money will Jessica make?

True story, an instacart shopper delivered my house with THREE GALLONS OF WHOLE MILK we must keep it and my family doesn't even drink whole milk and im lactose intolerant, SO I need help getting Recipes so the 3 WHOLE GALLONS OF WHOLE MILK doesn't go bad, I rather desserts? because those last for two weeks I think.
