hi guys i need help ASAP i have constipation and it really uncomfortable for me and i need to get it out but im scared to have so much pain cuz i've been holding it since 1 week and now my stomach hurts so bad so help me because i want to get it out today with no pain because also one time doctor said if i feel so much pain something might break like a bone might break so please help ASAP
