how about this drawing it was my very first realistic-ish drawing i have ever done it looks wird though because she needs more hair and her pupils aren't the same size bu i think it looks fine and there is no color i just did it with a pencil and there is some lies that i never erased but other than that, well yeah you get the idea, hehe :)

I think its a great start but for the hair rather than doing each strand you could do 2 big parts on both sides of the head and just shade them in. I hope you get it :))
Good job it’s way better than I could do but it would be good if you added more hair
