Why can you divide zero but can't divide by zero?

Sagot :

Answer:

0 has no multiplicative inverse :)

Step-by-step explanation: Hope this helps

well zero has no multiplicative inverse. also you wouldn’t be able to divide a number by zero since zero is technically nothing. you cant divide a number by nothing. say you have a cookie and a group of people you need to divide it by. if there are 2 people you need to cut the cookie in half/divide the cookie by 2. but if there are zero people and its just a cookie by itself than it doesn’t need to be divided at all bc there is no one even there to eat it
