Have you ever been in the middle of telling a story and had to use hand gestures or even a drawing to make your point? In algebra, if we want to illustrate or visualize a key feature of a function, we sometimes have to write the function in a different form—such as a table, graph, or equation—to determine the specific key feature we’re looking for.
Think about your interactions with others and situations you’ve come across in your own life. How have you had to adjust or change the way you represented something based on either the concept you were trying to describe or the person you were interacting with?

Sagot :

yes visualizing is good that’s why we do word problems

When thinking about this I think about children, the reason for this is because when you are speaking to a child you may have to change the way you speak to them. When speaking to a child your vocabulary is very limited, only because the child most likely won't understand certain words that others use, meaning an older group or setting of people. I have come accrossed this many times, for example : When I'm babysitting, the ages may vary around 3-10. Depending on the child, you would have to speak in a way that they understand, like using small words and explaining it in the easiest way possible.

Another situation that i've had to speak a certain way was when speaking to someone who only spoke spanish. He could understand english when spoken to by others, but he could not speak the language himself. I had to speak slowly, only so he could have a better understanding as to what I was saying and read my lips.

There are also people who use their hands to talk in general.

This is from my personal experience, but im sure that you get an idea of what it is the question means or is asking.

You can use this answer yourself, as i am sure you will get a 100 only because i did.
