People could like another person better than another, so they treat those people differently based on what that person thinks about them. This relates to the Holocaust because Adolf Hitler, mainly targeted Jewish people, people of the LGBT+ community, and people with disabilities, and many other people that Hitler didn't see as "Proper human." If You did follow Adolf and his beliefs he would treat you better, than the other people that didn't. This shows that people will treat you differently for many different things even if you aren't trying to be different.
