Sagot :
This question has definitely made me put on my thinking cap and look back analytically on all the ups and downs in my life so far. Honestly, there are a thousand mistakes I’d like to go back and correct, and then there are all those good times that I want to relive. Man, life really was simple back then, huh? But on a serious note, after indulging in introspection and some critical thinking, I have decided that I wouldn't go back to redoing an event or a small mistake or anything of that sort. Instead, I want to travel back in time and look my younger self dead in the eye and say, “Get a hold of your life bud, you aren’t going to get another chance at life.” Basically, I want to redo my whole lifestyle. After all, our lifestyle largely defines your identity and how people perceive you in today's world. Back then, when I was about 8–10 years old, I really didn’t know what life was about, and how you’re supposed to approach it. I saw it as a hilarious comedy show about myself, wherein mistakes were a source of joy and success was a highly desirable yet transient milestone — more to do with chance than planning and hard work. Looking back now, although I’m not disappointed, I do now/realise I could've done way better. I could’ve been more organized and punctual at ties, especially with tuition and all the work at school. Maybe, if I’d put in some real time and dedication, I would be excelling in various fields like wonderland, art, and especially music, aside from academics. Ah, music! The one aspect of my life I’d like to completely reshape. It’s definitely a blessing if you can find your purpose early in life (often reduced to just a career one year has been eye opening — surly, something is better than nothing.l I wrote, composed, AND produced my own songs. And there's no one who can make me believe that’s not an achievement. Ye, I could have been something else, something better, but then that would've been the biggest mistake of my life as I may have missed out on all the fun. Of course, your career is the most important aspect of your life and requires you to be disciplined and hardworking. But merely discipline never got the superstars where they are right? Risks did. Adventure did. And I am on the same route as them, with a little more attention towards academics.
Finally, as a one line answer to the question, I’d say that learning and moving on will always be the better option in contrast to resolving a past mistake
