actually no beacause some people have bone conditions which make it not possible for them too it because a lot of accidents could happen to there bones also lifting weights that are too heavy can cause muscle and joint damage heavy lifting can even tear a heart artery, which could result in death also weight training causes spinal injuries such as herniated discs. so yeah weight training is not for everyone
