We can use the process of elimination with this problem;
Right away I can tell that option 1 and option 3 are incorrect. Because we have the point (0, 3) the y-intercept will be + 3, option 2 and option 4 have this.
Next, I can see that the y-values are going down, so the slope must be negative. This leaves me with option 4.
I have also graphed a graph containing the points and option 4 so you can see it all lines up.
