The impacts of social activities on aquatic ecosystems through overfishing, habitat loss, the introduction of invasive species, ocean pollution, ocean acidification and ocean warming.

1.Overfishing - Removing a fish from the food web which would have been eaten by another animal. The animal will migrate to newer environments in search of food. The animals which would be eaten by the fish will populate at a faster rate, negatively affecting others.

2. River Projects - Construction disturbs the serine environments and forces the animals to migrate. Upon entering new environment, it changes the existing food webs and balanced ecosystems.

3. Oil spillage - Affects oxygen levels in water, animals dies from it's deprivation. It later of oil blocks penetration of the sun, therefore green plants cannot photosynthesize ( makes it own food to grow) , and this affects the food web.
