How does heating or cooling a substance help demonstrate the law of conservation of matter? PLS I NEED HELP ASAP ILL GIVE 5 STAR A HEART AND BRAINLYEST

Sagot :

Answer:

It can help change it's form.

Explanation:

The law of conservation of matter or mass, states that matter is neither created nor destroyed. But, you can change the form of matter based o Physical and/ or Chemical changes.

Let's take water as an example.  Water is a liquid, but you can always change water into a gaseous or solid form by using heat or cooling methods. When you heat water, the molecules move faster to make it form into a gas form...... You don't change it chemically, but physically. Same as the cooling process, only this time you are changing it into a solid.

Hope this helps :D

Answer:

The Law of Conservation of Matter says that the amount of matter stays the same, even when matter changes form. Sometimes it may seem that matter disappears during a science experiment, but this law tells us that matter cannot magically appear or disappear, it simply changes from one form to another. Another way to explain the law of conservation of matter is to say that things cannot be magically created or destroyed.
