School screen time is not very different from screen time with video games, Cell phones, tablets, ect.. The only difference is activity on the device. It all has the same effects on your health. For example; The same way I spend 6- 9 hours a day sitting down doing school work on a lap top, has the same effect on my body if it were a video game.
