Alexander’s leadership style was a very surprising one back then. No matter where’d he go he would respect their culture and learn the culture himself even, from religion to just everyday activities Alexander follows and learn these traditions which makes the people he just conquered a little more friendly. He also allowed cultural diffusion and didn’t exactly FORCE a religion on the people he conquered. Of course changed would bet hat sometimes he would be really harsh against people who rebelled against him. In once incident he killed almost all 6000 people and slaved thousands.
