I agree that pick up trucks should have seat belts. There is many reasons why; but let me give you mine.
First, pick up trucks can should have seat belts because some of them very heavy objects. So, if the driver cannot control the heavy objects within the truck; how will they be safe? This can cause an accident. Plus, sometimes drivers cannot tell if they go fast when driving. Seat belts may help with that! It’ll tell them ‘you need to slow down’ by getting pulled down to their seat.
Another reason to why pick up trucks should have seat belts is because they won’t put themself or other people in danger. Of course I mentioned that they can get into accidents. But, this can risk them at life. It can also lead to death. If those pick up trucks have heavy objects; the trunk might just slip out those objects. Especially if there is a car behind them it can cause severe damage.
Therefore, pick up trucks should have seat belts because the truck itself is heavy. Imagine a pick up truck driving at a very fast speed, but the person doesn’t know that they’re driving fast speed. Without seat belts, how can we make sure everyone is safe? Especially for people who work within the trucking community. It can cause a lot of damage to people.
