Call me skeptic, but as soon as I saw the beginning of the question, I was convinced that when I opened it, there would be no figure there.  So I opened it, and sure enough, there is no figure here.

Notice the first instruction in the question.  It says  "Use the figure ..." .
That's where we would find the information we need to answer this question ...
like the lengths of the wires, and the angles they make with the body ... all of
that stuff that's in the figure but you decided not to share.
