         I have just received your invitation mail and I am very much glad to know that I have been invited as a special guest for your 10th speech and price giving ceremony. I feel privileged after reading your invitation mail.

         I would like to thank you and your school for inviting me as a guest to the prize ceremony. Lately, I have taken admission in a college which is in the neighbouring City. I am extremely sorry but I would be able to make it to the prize day ceremony as I have to complete all the admission process this coming week. Also, I have to make things ready as I would be shifting from one city to another. I am also on vacation this week with my family so that is the reason I won't be able to come.

         I hope you understand my reasons I am extremely sorry for denying this prestigious invitation. Thanking you in anticipation.
