It is the fault of both of them because yes Hitler did have power and yes if they disobeyed they probably would have been shot but they would have saved millions and if they all said no then Hitler would have had no power but the people I believe they enjoyed it too and I don't agree with the other dude it is not the Jews fault they had no choice if they had one don't you think they would have used it but Hitler literally hated the Jews.
