One example of a heathy habit that I posses in my daily life is running. Every week I have a set routine of runs I will accomplish. In turn I peak the 300 minutes of moderate activity that is recommended for the average adult.

One area I could Improve is with binge eating. Because I run so much and burn so many calories, when re-fueling I tend to binge eat tasty not healthy food either because I think I “need the calories” or just want it. What I should be doing instead is having a set plan of what healthy foods I can eat so I don’t end up putting bad stuff in my body.
