Add them up, divide by the amount of numbers you have.

2 + 6 + 9 + 7 = 24

24 / 4 = 6
So the way that you always find the Mean is by adding up all of the numbers that you have.
So 2+6=8 then 8+9=17 and finally 17+7=24
So now that you know all of the answers equal 24 you divide by how many numbers that there are.

There is 4 numbers so you would do : 24/4 and get 6.
So that means that the Mean is: 6
Hope I helped and that you get this now:)
