3.salmon : salmon may be the healthy fats that support heart health.19 grams of protein .
4.eggs : it has high protein value .6 grams protein per large egg .
5.peanut butter : peanut butter is a plant based protein .7 grams protein per 2 tablespoons .
6.lentils: they are not only loaded with protein but also they have properties like antioxidant ,fiber ,vitamins ,and minerals .18 grams of protein in one cup of cooked lentils.
7. other than that food like green vegetables which includes carrot, broccoli ( which is rich in calcium ,iron ,phosphorous ,potassium and zinc) .other like spinach ,avocado ,bell peppers ,meat liver ,fish oil ,bananas .
