Since this has been taken away from them people making a living off of these agricultural and fishing based jobs will become lower in the social classing. The village will still have a form of leadership but it will be a time of decline since people were so accustomed to working these type of jobs. Eventually people will have to evolve to the landscape and wait until their life style comes back. It might also be a time of famine
