I do street running which gives me cardiorespiratory resistance, I go to the gym every day which gives me muscle strength, at weekends I play football with friends and with that I gain muscle strength and do stretching which helps me with flexibility.

To reduce my stress levels I do street running and play soccer, as it demands a higher level of effort.
