John is a local plumber who deals with big plumbing jobs in town. He was recently
contacted by a customer to change the shower and bathtub of two bathrooms. In order
to give the customer an accurate estimate John went to Rusty's Local Plumbing Supplies.
Rusty knows that the reason why John is looking for a quote is because of a job. When John
finalized the contract with the customer, he went back to Rusty's Local Plumbing
Supplies to finalize the contract for the plumbing parts. At the last minute Rusty decided
to increase the price on John, can John bring a claim against Rusty for the price increase?
