Subject: Official lunch hour
All employees are requested to adhere to the stipulated lunch
hour. The lunch break is from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
It has come to our attention that some employees are taking
extended lunch breaks. This extra time is directly impacting
their productivity.
While we understand that employees may sometimes need an
extended lunch break, we ask that you inform your supervisor
on such days. On a regular basis, however, please do not extend
your lunch break outside the hour of 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.
