My ode to winter
If winter could be all year long,
I'd be overjoyed and filled with happiness.
I'd be living my childhood dream,
To be playing in the snow all day long.
But it's not possible because dreams are like
falling pieces of glass;
It's destined to shatter.
Once it hits the ground,
It shatters like most dreams do.
And when reality sets in,
You realize not all things are possible.
