Scenario
You are working on the reception of a busy law practice. Your job role requires that you answer
the telephone, greet and deal with clients (offering coffee, etc), assisting the legal secretaries with
typing.
One of the solicitors has just called and explained he is ill and you have been asked to try to
contact the clients who have appointments with him today. You have also noticed that the coffee
machine is out of coffee and a delivery van has just arrived outside to deliver paper. One of the
legal secretaries is also off ill and as another is on holiday you have been asked to type up some
documents that require to be delivered to another law practice by 12 noon. You have been told
there is no one else available to do it. The courier also requires to be booked to collect the
