how to do research in it. You should attend if possible.
b. If you are not able to attend, your instructor will provide a link to the
recording for you.
c. Please provide a bulleted list of at least five takeaways from the Webinar.
4. Using Nexis Uni for research, address the following:
a. A client and her husband are residents of the State of Georgia. She wants
to sue for divorce, claiming adultery.
i. Provide the correct citation to the Georgia statute that governs this
question. Make sure to include the statute number, not a court
case.
ii. In one paragraph, describe in your own words what the statute says
about grounds for divorce.
iii. Provide the steps you took to find your answer, including your
search terms.
b. Research the Statute of Limitations in Connecticut on bringing a breach of
contract action on an oral contract. Helpful hint: the words “oral contract”
are in the statute.
