Question 2: Information system data processing and monitoring
A university is implementing a web-based student attendance information system.
The system is used by 3 types of users: the lecturers, head of department and students.
The lecturers will record the student attendance weekly in the class. The head of
department will analyse the attendance using the system outputs. The student will view
the weekly attendance using phone or PC, and create a PDF file to save as his/her report
to send to the immigration department when needed.
Based on this scenario, explain the data capturing, data storing and data monitoring process for
this system.
