Sagot :
The stages of mitosis
1. Chromatin condense to form chromosomes : Prophase It is the first stage in M phase. Starting of mitosis occur by condensation of chromatin.
2.Chromosome aligne in centre of cell: metaphase.During this stage centromere attaches to kinetochore and chromosome aligned in centre to form metaphase plate.
3. Longest part of cell cycle : Interphase.
It include G1, S and G2. It long for 23 hr in humans and actual cell division occur by 1 hr.
4. Nuclear envelope break down : Prophase.
During Prophase nuclear membrane disintegrate, cell organelles disappeare, chromosome condensation occur.
4. Cell divided in to two daughter cells : Cytokinesis.
During this stage cell divides by membrane formation either centrifugally or centripetally.
5. Daughter chromosome arrive at the poles : Telophase.
Chromosome reaches at poles and spindle fibers disappeare. Nuclear membrane and cell organelles appear.
6. Chromatids are pull apprt. : Anaphase.
Sister chromatids pull apart by spindle fibers and move this chromatids to Poles.Centromere divides in to two.
IDENTIFICATION OF STAGE OF CELLS.
1. Metaphase
in this stage the chromosomes are aligned at the center and form a metaphase plate. Spindle fibers are attached to the centromere.
2. Telophase
In this phase chromosome reach at poles and nuclear membrane starts appearing. Spindle fibers disappear.
3. Prophase
First stage of division where nuclear membrane disintegrate, spindle fibers starts appearing. Chromatin condensed to become distinct chromosomes.
