Sagot :
The complementary DNA strand for a strand of DNA can be written by following the base pairing rule.
DNA is the genetic material present in majority of the organisms. The structure of DNA is helical and double stranded. The constituents of DNA are: deoxyribose sugar, phosphate group and bases. The bases present in DNA are: adenine, guanine, cytosine and uracil.
The base pairing rule states that an adenine can only be paired with thymine in DNA or uracil in RNA and vice-versa. Similarly a cytosine can be paired with guanine and vice-versa. Adenine and thymine are boded with a double hydrogen bonds while cytosine and guanine with triple hydrogen bond.
