You forgot to say what your question is.  It seems to me that there are only two possible questions that you might be asking:

1).  What is the cost of the electrical energy consumed by the TV set ?

2).  What color is the rug on the floor in front of the TV set ?

For 5 points, I will now answer the first question:

(300 watts) x (6 hours) x (1 KWh / 1,000 watt-hour) x ($0.11 / KwH) =

                                                                                 $0.198 = 19.8¢
