False the fish in the stream wouldn't be able to swim up or down the stream

False, because the fish and other animals under the water will not be able to swim up. Also, they might get it hard to breathe with the beavers dam blocking it. If there are plants under the stream and it needs sunlight won't be able to get the sunlight they need. Hope my answer helped.
