From what I know there are 2 types of compound verbs: more than one verb in a sentence or a verb that consists of 2+ words. The first type (2+ verbs in sentence) would be the sentence B (because it says "wrote" and "revised"). The second type (verb with 2 or more words) would be sentence A (because it says "working on")
