I need help with my Biology homework, I've looked through my revision book and my class book as well as searching the internet but I cant seem to find anything.

I've been asked to - Explain the effects of exercise on glycogen stores.

Sagot :

The glycogen storage is only effected when you are burning fat, so intense workouts tend to make you run out. Building fat builds up Glycogen so exercise not always effects the stores. If your not burning fat, don't worry. Just remember burning fat means draining the glycogen stores.

 Hope I helped. :D
