Jane filled one transparent bottle and one brown bottle of the same capacity with pond water. She kept the first bottle in sunlight and the second in dark. After one hour she calculated the amount of oxygen present in both the bottles. What will be her observation?

What possibly happened is that the pond water reacted with the light and released different chemicals than the brown bottle. It's like if you leave a soda closed outside in the sun it will have a lot of carbon dioxide when openned while the one in dark and cold will not have as much.
