Can a tank of oxygen gas ever be half empty? pls explain

Oxygen is like air so can air ever be half empty with all of us breathing ?

If you're talking about the Oxygen that we breath, In a form of Gas, no it can't. Because when the number of molecules reaches the half, The Pressure will drop, and the Molecules will cover the empty spaces. 

But if you're talking about the Oxygen that is used medicals and food industry, yes it can. Because it's mixed with something and filled at a very High pressure. This Oxygen we don't breath it.
