No, there would be no pollution if there was no waste/ pollution.
Many scientists and reports defend that observed climate changes since 1850 are linked to cyclical, predictable, natural occuring events in Earth´s solar system, with little or no help from us. 

So..I believe there still be climate change, but humans are also speeding that up..
