the slope is always the number with x next to it , so the other number is the y intercept . take the y intercept and find it on the graph the ...say the slope was 4 it would look like this 4x ..and let's say the y intercept is -3 . your equation would be y=4x-3 ....so find -3 on the graph then from that point go up 4 and to the right 1
