when you are I'm bed asleep, are you in motion? explain.

Sagot :

Well technically no. Some people have a disorder where you act out your dreams, you may know this as sleep walking. There is a moment in your sleep (towards the end) called REM(Rapid Eye Movement) which means what it entitles, your eyes move back and forth in such a rapid movement. It usually happens a couple minutes before you wake up and after your dreams. Or sometimes during them. Hope this helped!
