[tex] \frac{3}{10}(x) = 60 \\ x = \frac{10}{3}(60) = \frac{600}{3} = 200 [/tex]

and we are done. 

Note: You can do the same method by saying that 30% = 0.3 which would then show us that 60 divided by 0.3 is 200.
