Frog lungs are poorly developed. How does this relate to their skin being thin and moist?

Frog lungs are poorly developed because they don't use them that much. Their skin is moist and very thin because it takes part in their respiration because their lungs are underdeveloped. Skin has pores and breathes as well but in humans it's not very much used because we have good lungs, but frogs' skins are very important for them because they couldn't get oxygen without it.
